easter definitely reminds me of being a kid + makes me miss spring in michigan (well, waiting forever for spring anyway). hope your easter day is special!
would you rock a fanny pack? what about one loaded with gold sequins + lined in pink? yeah, i’m not sure i would either.
anthropologie just kills me. they have too many adorable things for too much money (seriously, they could use a price cut or two). every time i look there’s something else i think i need. i don’t need it of course. i just want it! these pillows by fred shand are no exception. actually, they are just perfect because they are an automatic mix + match set, total design no-brainer. i could use one of each for my living room. plus, they are pink, gray + gold — how perfect! i just need to get some more money to burn…
betsey johnson is known for being over the top. that’s her thing + what sets her apart. of course, when i was younger i loved all of her clothing. as i got older i realized it was just too youthful for me. but that’s also what’s so endearing; the playfulness, the fun of it all. she seems to always be happy + having fun. even though her style no longer fits my own personal style, i can still appreciate her zest + definitely her love of pink.

i love how she went glam pink in this loft she had done a few years back. personally, i tend to like pink best when done in pops here + there. but there’s something about this space that speaks to the ladies who still like their cupcakes with pretty frosting, lots of layered pink tulle makes their hearts flutter + things that sparkle always seem to catch their eye!
